The lessee (the Renter) agrees to:
The vehicle shall be returned at the place, date, and time stipulated in the contract and in the same condition in which it was delivered by the lessor, with all its documents, tires, keys, tools, and accessories. Any alteration to the agreed return conditions may result in additional charges for the lessee.
In the event of early termination of the contract by the lessee's decision, the lessee shall not be entitled to a refund for the unused days of the rental.
There is a 30-minute courtesy grace period for the return of the vehicle relative to the agreed time. If the vehicle is returned outside this margin, the lessee shall pay an extra amount corresponding to at least one full day of rental. The final amount for this reason will depend on the actual time of the vehicle's return.
If the lessee wishes to extend the rental period, they must notify the lessor with sufficient notice, sign a new contract for the extended days, and pay the new amount immediately for the coverage of that new service. The lessor does not guarantee that such an extension can be granted.
Failure to comply with this condition entitles the lessor to take possession of the vehicle without prior notice or to seek judicial recovery.
The lessee agrees that Jungle Wheels may, following the end of the rental, through electronic payment systems or any other collection system, and without further express authorization, charge for the following concepts:
In any case, the maximum liability of the lessee shall always be the current market value of the vehicle at the time of the accident.
Payment for the vehicle rental and additional concepts shall be made in the official currency of Indonesia (Indonesian Rupiah). We occasionally accept payments in Dollars, Euros, and major currencies, with a commission established at the time of payment.
According to Indonesian legislation, car insurance is not mandatory. For this reason, in the event of an accident, the lessee of the vehicle must fully assume all derived costs, including hospital costs, material damage, and potential damages to third parties.

In any case, the maximum liability of the lessee shall always be the market value of the vehicle at the time of the incident.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, Jungle Wheels provides assistance telephone numbers at the signing of the contract which may be contacted.
It is the lessee's responsibility to refuel the vehicle with the correct type of fuel; the cost shall always be at their expense. Any expense or repair resulting from the use of unsuitable fuel will be charged to the lessee.
The vehicle must be returned with at least the amount of fuel in the tank agreed upon during the signing of the contract. If not, the lessee must pay for the missing fuel at the current price plus a penalty.
The final settlement or total rental amount is subject to the vehicle being returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered and at the scheduled date, time, and place. Therefore, the lessee must pay the lessor, once the vehicle is returned, any extra charges incurred attributable to said lessee based on these general conditions.
Under no circumstances shall Jungle Wheels be held responsible for items stolen, damaged, forgotten, or lost inside the vehicle.
Jungle Wheels reserves the right to terminate this contract prematurely and immediately, without any type of compensation, in any of the following cases:
